Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Dream Interior & Architects for consultation, design, architectural planning, renovation, or custom furniture services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page, alongside any specific agreement or proposal signed for your project.
Scope of Services
We provide residential and commercial interior design, architectural planning, renovation and remodeling, 3D visualization, and custom furniture and decor services. The exact scope of work for your project will be defined in your approved proposal or Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Quotations & Proposal Validity
Quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on material and labor costs at the time of quotation and may be revised if a project is confirmed after this period.
Payment Terms
Projects are billed in phases tied to milestones such as design approval, material procurement, and work completion, as outlined in your specific proposal. Delayed payments may result in a pause in project work until outstanding amounts are settled.
Project Timeline & Delays
Project timelines are estimated in good faith based on the agreed scope of work. Delays caused by change requests, delayed approvals, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control may extend the original timeline. We will keep you informed of any expected delays.
Material & Product Availability
Where a project specifies imported materials, fittings, or furniture, availability is subject to supplier lead times and import conditions. If a specified material becomes unavailable, we will propose a suitable alternative for your approval.
Design Approvals & Scope Changes
Work proceeds based on drawings and designs you have formally approved. Any changes requested after approval — including layout changes, material upgrades, or added scope — will be quoted separately and may affect the project cost and timeline.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Structural and installation work carries a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship, and custom furniture carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated in your project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or work carried out by third parties after handover.
Intellectual Property
Design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations created by Dream Interior & Architects remain our intellectual property until full payment for the project has been received. Once a project is fully paid for, you are free to use the final design for your own space.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the value of the services provided for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We aim to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
