Abdullah Al Mamun (Lal Mia) is the Founder, Architect & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dream Interior & Architects. He is a passionate design professional dedicated to creating innovative, functional, and timeless architectural and interior spaces. His vision is to establish Dream Interior & Architects as one of Bangladesh's leading firms in architecture, interior design, and project execution through creativity, quality, and professionalism.
He began his professional journey by completing a Diploma in Architecture & Interior Design and later pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) to strengthen his academic and technical expertise. This combination of education and practical experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of architectural planning, interior design, construction management, space optimization, and project execution.
With more than 12 years of hands-on experience in the architecture and interior design industry, Abdullah Al Mamun has successfully led and contributed to numerous residential, commercial, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional projects across Bangladesh. His expertise extends from concept development and planning to technical detailing, execution, quality control, and successful project handover.
He believes that every project should reflect the client's vision while maintaining the highest standards of functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic excellence. His design philosophy focuses on creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also improve the way people live, work, and interact.

Antor Bapari serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Head of Business at Dream Interior & Architects, where he leads the company's business operations, office administration, project coordination, and strategic planning. His leadership plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and driving sustainable business growth.
He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from United International University (UIU). Combining his academic background with practical experience, he has developed strong expertise in business management, operational planning, and organizational leadership.
With over five years of professional experience in Office Management, Business Analysis, and Project Management, Antor has successfully managed business operations, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, optimized workflows, and supported the successful delivery of numerous projects. His analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities help improve operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
As the COO & Head of Business, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, strengthening client relationships, managing organizational performance, and supporting the company's long-term vision. His commitment to innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement contributes significantly to the ongoing success of Dream Interior & Architects.
